Eligibility Criteria Agniveer Bharti IAF 2023

Agniveer Group ‘X’ Trades IAF

1. Agniveer Education Qualification Group X Trades IAF: Eligibility criteria of education qualification for group X trades for recruitment in Indian Air Force is as under:-

2. Agniveer  Education Qualification for Airmen Group X: Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.

OR

3. Diploma Holders Education Qualification: Passed 3 years Diploma Course in Engineering in any stream, as shown below, from a Government recognized Polytechnic Institute with 50% marks in aggregate, and 50% marks in English in Diploma or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Diploma Course.

4. Age Limit for Indian Air Force: Age for recruitment in  Group X Trades (Except Education Instructor)  between 17 years to 21 years of age.

5. Education Qualification Group ‘X’ Education Instructor (Graduate):

(a) BA with English as one the subjects or B.Sc with Physics/ Psychology/ Chemistry/ Mathematics/ IT / Computer Science/ Statistics as one of the subjects or BCA with minimum 50% marks.

(b) B.Ed degree with minimum of 50% marks from a Government recognized institute.

(c) Graduation and B.Ed programs should be recognized by UGC/ NCTE/ Competent accreditation authority.

6. Age Limit for Education Instructor IAF: Age for recruitment in  Group X Trades for Education Instructor (Graduate) –  between 20 years to 25 years of age.

7. Education Qualification Group ‘X’ Education Instructor (Post Graduate/Graduate):

(a) MA in English/ Psychology or M.Sc in Mathematics/ Physics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ IT or MCA with 50% marks.

(b) B.Ed degree with minimum of 50% marks from a government recognized institute.

(c) Graduation, Post-Graduation and B.Ed programs should be recognized by UGC/ NCTE/ Competent accreditation authority.

6. Age Limit for Education Instructor IAF: Age for recruitment in  Group X Trades for Education Instructor (Post Graduate) –  between 20 years to 28 years of age.

Group ‘Y’ Trades IAF

1. Education Qualification Group Y Trades IAF: Eligibility criteria of education qualification for group Y trades for recruitment in Indian Air Force is as under:–

Education Qualification for Airmen Group Y Trades: Education Qualification Except Med Asst  Trades Should have passed Class 10 + 2/Intermediate/Equivalent exam from an education board / Institute listed in Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE) website as members, in any stream/subjects with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English as per the mark sheet of Class 10 + 2 / Intermediate /Equivalent exam.

3. Education Qualification for IAF Medical Assistant Group Y: Education qualification for medical assistant trades Candidate should have Passed 10+2 / Intermediate / equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate, and 50% marks in English.

4. Age Limit for Indian Air Force Y Group: Age for recruitment in  Group Y Trades should be between 17 years to 21 years of age (The upper age limit on date of enrollment is 21 years).

5. Education Qualification for Musician Trades Group Y in IAF: Education Qualification for musician trades in group Y trades of Indian Air Force – a candidate should passed Matriculation /10th class or equivalent with minimum pass marks from any Government recognized School/Boards and should be proficient in playing at least one of the following musical instruments: Trumpet / Bass / Violin / Saxophone / Clarinet / Euphonium / Jazz-Drum / Piccolo / Bass Trombone / Key Board / Guitar / Sarod / Viola / Cello / Contra Bass (String Bass).

6. Age Limit for Indian Air Force Musician Trades Y Group: Age for recruitment as musician in Indian Air Force in Group Y Trades should be between 17 years to 25 years of age (The upper age limit on date of enrollment is 25 years).
