Eligibility for Online Application Indian Army JCO/OR: Eligibility criteria Age, Education Qualification, Physical for army bharti for online application to join Indian army in soldier category is given below for job info of applicants:-
Education Qualification Indian Army for Soldiers Category
Education Qualification Soldier GD/SHGD : Minimum Education Qualification for soldier GD category candidates will be High School or Metric or SSLC or 10th Class pass from Education Boards/ recognised Institutions is eligible for Sikkim Army Sol GD Bharti.
- Percentage of Marks for Sol GD: A candidate must score minimum 33% marks in each subject and 45% in aggregate for recruitment as Soldier General Duty in Sikkim Army.
- Percentage of Marks: No aggregate percentage is considered in case candidate has passed in higher qualification i.e. 10+2 and above. However, percentage waiver for candidates having passed in higher qualification is applicable only for the aggregate marks in class 10th but 33% in individual subjects is mandatory.
- Additional Subjects: Additional Subjects are not applicable for calculation of percentage in Soldier GD category.
- Education Boards Grading System: Minimum of D grade (33-40) in individual subjects or grade which contains 33% and overall aggregate of C2 grade (41-50) points is considered eligible for recruitment as Soldier GD with marks stipulation in Higher Qualifications 10+2 Sol GD: Intermediate or 10+2 pass or more qualified candidates need not have 45% marks in High School/Metric / SSLC /10th class.
Education Qualification Sepoy Pharma: 10+2 or equivalent exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. Qualified in D Pharma with min 55% marks in aggregate and registered with State Pharmaceutical Council / Pharmacy Council of India. Candidates qualified in B Pharma with min 50% marks and registered with State Pharmaceutical Council / Pharmacy council of India are also eligible.
Education Qualification Sol Tech Group X,Y: 10+2 / Higher Secondary / Intermediate exam passed in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in each subject from Education Boards/Institutions recognized.
Education Qualification Sol Tdn : Minimum Education for Sol Tdn 10th Class Pass for chef, Washerman, Dresser, Steward, Tailor, Artisan Wood Work), Artisan (Metallurgy), Support Staff (ER), Artisan Construction) and all other trades 10th simple pass/ITI Qualification in respective trades. Only candidates who have undertaken class X Board Exam would be considered for Sikkim Army Bharti. Education for Sol Tdn 8th Pass: Minimum Qualification for Soldier Tdn 8th Class Pass for House Keeper, Mess Keeper and Syce.
Education Qualification Soldier NA: Minimum Education Qualification for Sikkim Army Recruitment in soldier nursing assistant category is under:-
- Minimum 10+2/Intermediate exam passed in science with Physics, chemistry, Biology and English from Education Boards/ Institutions recognized for enrollment as compulsory with 40% marks in each subject and a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
- In case of a graduate having BSc Degree (Botany/Zoology/Bio Science) and English (Simple Pass) the stipulation of percentage in class 12th is not mandatory.
- Additional Subjects are not applicable for calculation of percentage.
- Note: In case of a graduate having BSc Degree (Botany/ Zoology/Bio Science) and English (Simple Pass) the stipulation of percentage in class 12th is not mandatory for recruitment in Army Medical Corps.
Education Qualification Sol Clerk/SKT Bharti Indian Army: Minimum Education Qualification required for soldier clerk/store keeper technical in the army is as under:-
- Should have secured 50% marks in each subject and 60% marks in aggregate in Class XII.
- Should have studied English and Maths / Accts / Book Keeping in Class XII or X and should have secured min 50% marks in each of these subjects, whether it was studied in Class XII or X.
- Even, if a candidates is a graduate or has a higher qualification, percentage of marks scored in Class XII would be applicable towards his eligibility.
- Typing Test of 10 minutes duration will be administered once phase – ii of the Revised Recruitment System is implemented as part of the online computer based examination for Soldier Clerk / Store Keeper Technical / Inventory Management categories (If revised system is implemented).
- Note: Even if a candidate is graduate or has a higher qualification, percentage of marks scored in class 12th would be applicable toward his eligibility.
Education Boards: The recognition of State Education Boards or Distance Education Boards will be confirmed from the website of COBSE, UGC, AICTE or Distance Education Council.

ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन सूचना: जिन उम्मीदवारो के आधार कार्ड में नाम एवं जन्म तिथि, 10th के प्रमाण पत्र के अनुसार नहीं है वे अपने आधार कार्ड के विवरण को 10th के प्रमाण पत्र के अनुसार अपने निकटतम आधार सेवा केंद्र पर जाकर बदली करे और अपनी आगे की प्रकिया जारी रखने के लिए अपना आधार एनरोलमेंट नंबर डालकर अपनी कार्यवाही पूरी करे।
Army Online Registration form भरने से पहले निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज़ उम्मीदवार के पास होना आवश्यक है, निम्नलिखित जानकारियाँ High School/Metric certificate के आधार पर form में भरना आवश्यक है।

ई. मेल. आई. डी. (valid email address): प्रत्येक आवेदक के पास अपना valid e-mail address होना चाहिए जिस पर भर्ती प्रक्रिया की पूरी जानकारी आवेदक को स्ंदेश द्वारा समय-समय पर मिलती रहे।
Mobile Number: प्रत्येक आवेदक के पास अपना mobile number होना चाहिए जिस पर भर्ती प्रक्रिया की पूरी जानकारी आवेदक को स्ंदेश द्वारा समय-समय पर मिलती रहे, किसी अन्य अभ्यर्थी के साथ mobile number share करना मना है।
आवासीय विवरण: आवेदक को अपने जिला, राज्य, तहसील और ब्लॉक का विवरण (जहाँ का निवासी हो) देना आवश्यक है. (केवल JCO/OR enrollment application)।
Photograph: Scan किया हुआ passport size photograph (10-20 kb jpeg format). यह photo application form पर डाला जाएगा। .
हस्ताक्षर: Scan किया हुआ हस्ताक्षर का photo, यह हस्ताक्षर photo application form पर डाला जाएगा.
सैक्षणिक योग्यता: आवेदक को योग्यता के अनुसार (दसवीं/उससे अधिक शिक्षा का ब्योरा), जिस पद के लिए आवेदन किया जा रहा है, देना आवश्यक है and NCC Certificates if held.
आधार कार्ड: सेना मे भर्ती होने वाले उम्मीवारो को आर्मी भर्ती के समय अपना आधार कार्ड पास मे रखना चाहिए. आवेदक का नाम, जन्म तिथि और पिता का नाम आवेदक के आधार कार्ड एवं आपके मैट्रिक सर्टिफिकेट/ हाई स्कूल प्रमाणपत्र से मिलना चाहिए.
PAN कार्ड एवं मतदाता पहचानपत्र: सेना मे भर्ती होने वाले उम्मीदवारो को आर्मी भर्ती के समय अपना पैन कार्ड एवं मतदाता पहचानपत्र पास मे रखना चाहिए।
Medical Notice: टैटू, गोदना, Tattoo: स्थाई गोदना या टैटू सिर्फ बाजू के अंदर के हिस्से (कोहनी के निचले हिस्से से कलाई तक) एवं हथेली के पीछे हिस्से पर ही मान्य है। स्थाई शारीरिक गोदना (टैटू) शरीर के अन्य हिसे पर मान्य नहीं है, एवं उम्मीदवार सेना भर्ती के लिए अयोग्य माना जायेगा तथा भर्ती प्रक्रिया से बंचित कर दिया जायेगा। अनुसूचित जन जाति उम्मीदवार जिनके चेहरे या शरीर पर मौजूदा रीती रिवाजों के अनुसार गोदना बना हुआ है उन्हें चयन प्रक्रिया के लिए अनुमति जाँच पड़ताल के बाद ही दी जाएगी।

1. Type www.joinindianarmy.nic.in in the browser address bar.
2. Click on Apply / Login link in JCO / OR enrollment.
3. Registration page will open up. If you have registered earlier, enter your username and password to login else click on REGISTRATION button for new registration.
4. An instruction page will open up. Read the instructions and click on CONTINUE button.
5. Fill up following data for registration as a candidate:
(a) Personal Details

(c) Contact Details
(d) Password Requirement
6. Save
7. A One Time Password (OTP) will be generated and will be sent to your email ID. Open your email address as given during Registration and enter OTP and click on SUBMITbutton.
8. You will be directed to eligibility page. Fill up the following data while checking for its correctness:
(a) ARO linking with District and Tehsil
(b) Height
(c) Date of Birth i.e. Age
(d) Marital Status
(e) Special Category, if any
9. Click on CHECK ELIGIBILITY button.
10. Check and validate eligible categories as per his qualification and click on relevant APPLYbutton.
11. A webpage with detailed instructions will open up. Click on CONTINUE button.
12. JCO / OR Application form will open up having following menus.
13. Click on Personal information fill up your personal details, upload your photograph (compulsory) and signature (optional). Click on SAVE & CONTINUE button.
14. Click on communication details and fill up your permanent and correspondence address.
15. Click on SAVE & CONTINUE button.
16. Click on DETAILS and fill up following data:

| (iii) Bonus marks will be accorded on qualifying in the written examination. | |||
