1 EME Relation Recruitment Rally UHQ Quota Bharti Program 2025

This is to inform you that recruitment rally under Unit HQ Quota is being scheduled to be held at this Centre wef 09 Dec 2025 onwards for son of War Widow/ Widow/ Exe Servicemen/ Servicemen and own brother of servicemen/ ex-servicemen incl wards of TA pers for Sol Tech Avn, Sol Tech, Sol (GD) Tdn 10^th Std (Chef & Steward) categories and open category for outstanding sportsmen only. Eligible candidates are required to report at Koteshwar Mandir Gate of 4 Trg Bn, 1 EME Centre, Secunderabad 0600h on 09 Dec 2025 for preliminary screening with all documents.

Category wise qualitative requirement for enrollment is as under:-

Category to be screened: 

(a) Agniveer General Duty

(b) Agniveer Technical

(c)  Agniveer Clerk/Soldier Storekeeper Technical

(d)  Agniveer Tradesmen 10th pass

(e)  Agniveer Tradesmen 8th pass

2. Open Category Sports Candidates: Outstanding sportsmen in the field of the Kayaking and Canoeing, Rowing, Aquatics (Swimming/Diving), Volleyball, Sailing, Hockey, Fencing, Kabaddi, Hot Air Ballooning, Basketball, Wrestling and Weight lifting who have represented at International/National/State/District level. The certificate should not be more than two years old from date of screening.

Education Qualifications 

3. Agniveer Soldier GD: 10th pass/High School/SSLC/Matric with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. No percentage considered in case candidate has passed with higher qualification ie Intermediate or 10+2 and above.

4. Agniveer Technical: 12th pass/10+2/Intermediate/Higher Secondary with Physics Chemistry, math and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in each subject.

5. Agniveer Technician Aviation: 12th pass/10+2/Intermediate/Higher Secondary with Physics Chemistry, math and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in each subject.

6. Agniveer Soldier Tradesmen: 10th Simple Pass for all category and 8th class pass for House Keeper trade. 8th class documents/ transfer certificate must be countersigned by the District Education Officer.

Physical Fitness Test and Marks of PFT

7. Physical Fitness Test (PFT): Following Physical Fitness Test (PFT) are carried out.  Total Marks awarded for PFT is 100 marks:-

(a)   1.6 Km or 1600 Meter or 1 Mile Run.

(b)   Pull Ups.

(c)   Balance.

(d)   9 Feet Ditch.

8. PFT: Timing and Marking for  1.6 Km (1600 Meter or Mile) Run for Soldier General Duty is as under:-

(a)   Group I:  Run within 5  Minutes and 30 Seconds       –  60 Marks

(b)    Group II:  From 5 Minutes 31 Seconds to 5 Minutes 45 Sec – 48 Marks

Pull Ups: Number of Pull Ups and Marks awarded is as under:

(a)   10 Pull Ups  – 40 Marks

(b)   9 Pull ups     – 33 Marks

(c)    8 Pull ups    – 27  Marks

(d)   7 Pull ups     – 21 Marks

(e)   6 Pull ups     – 16 Marks

9. Balance: No marks are awarded, should be qualified.

10. 9 Feet Ditch: No marks are awarded, should be qualified.

IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS FOR UHQ QUOTA RECRUITMENT RALLY

11. Documents Required for Army Recruitment Relation Bharti: Following document are required for army open relation bharti at Regiment Center under UHQ QuOta Recruitment:-

(a) Relationship Certificate:  Relationship Certificate will be printed on a paper with a WATER MARK of the concerned Record as per new format attached.

(b) Educational certificates: Candidate have to bring all Education Certificates/ Mark sheets.

(c) Residence Proof: Nativity/Permanent residence certificate issued by DM/SDM/DC/Tehsildar.

(d) Caste Certificate: Caste certificate signed by DM/SDM/DC/Tehsildar.

(e) Character Certificate:  Character certificate from School/College Principal/Sarpanch /Ward Master. (Certificate valid for a period of one year).

(f) Police Verification: Character certificate duly signed by Superintendent of Police (SP) of the district (Certificate valid for a period of six months).

(g) Kindred Roll: Photocopy of Kindred Roll of Father / Brother or Discharge book in case of exservicemen or Pension book of Mother in case of Son of Widow to verify the particulars of family members.

(h) ADHAR & PAN CARD: PAN card & Aadhaar card candidate should bring PAN card & Aadhaar card if available or copy of receipt should be carried by the candidate as a proof of applied for the PAN & Aadhaar cards.

(j) Affidavit: One comprehensive format for affidavit has been formulated as per Appendix.

(k) Photographs: Fifteen copies of passport size (3.5 CM x 4 CM) colored photographs in sky blue background. Computer made photographs will not be accepted.

(l) Death Certificate: Death certificate issued by Military Hospital/Registrar of Births and Deaths in case Father/Brother is deceased.

(m) NCC candidates: NCC Certificates and RD Parade certificates in case of NCC Candidates.

(n) Sports Candidates: Sports Certificate from the concerned authorities, if any.
