IAF Agniveer Physical Fitness Test (PFT): Indian Air Force Bharti Physical Standard and Physical Fitness Test (Airmen PST and PFT Test) for recruitment as  Airmen in Group X & Y Trades. Indian Air Force Physical Eligibility: Physical Test IAF

Indian Air Force Physical Fitness Test (PFT): On completion of written test all andidates are required to qualify physical fitness test for recruitment in IAF. PFT is mandatory to all candidates.  Physcial Fitness Test (PFT) for recruitment as an Airman in group X and Y is as under:-

Agniveer Physical Test IAF

(a) 1600 Meter Run: 1600 Meter Run (1.6 km Race) is required to be completed within 6 minutes and 30 seconds by all agniveers attending air force recruitment rally for recruitment in group X and Y.

(b) 2.4 KM and 5 KM Race:  2400 meter/5000 meter run is required to be completed within 15 minutes and 30 seconds for agniveers of  IAF Security Trades Recruitment.

(c) Push ups: Candidates shall also have to complete 10 Push-ups within the stipulated time.

(d) Sit ups: Sit-ups 10 within the stipulated time.

(e) Squats: 20 Squats within the stipulated time.

(f) Age Relaxation: Age Relaxation for candidates who are above 27 years of age is given in PFT timing as per existing rules (This applicable for IAF serving Non Combatants (E) only).

(g) Additional Marks: Candidates completing PFT faster will be awarded additional marks on a sliding scale.

(h) Sports Shoes: All candidates are advised to bring sports shoes and shorts during Indian Air Force Recruitment Rally physical fitness test.
