भारतीय सेना JAG प्रवेश भर्ती अधिसूचना 2024: भारतीय सेना ने शॉर्ट सर्विस कमीशन (NT) JAG (जज एडवोकेट जनरल ब्रांच के लिए) प्रवेश योजना कोर्स के नामांकन के लिए ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है। पुरुष और महिला कानून स्नातक ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

Eligibility Criteria for Indian Army JAG Entry Scheme:– A candidate must either be:-

(i)- A citizen of India

(ii)- A subject of Nepal

(iii)– A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories.

(iv) above shall be a person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India. Note:- योग्यता का प्रमाण पत्र, हालांकि, उन उम्मीदवारों के मामले में आवश्यक नहीं होगा जो नेपाल के गोरखा विषय हैं।

JAG Engry Scheme Age Limit:– 21 to 27 years

JAG जज एडवोकेट जनरल ब्रांच के लिए प्रवेश योजनाआयु सीमा:- 01 जनवरी 2024 को 21 से 27 वर्ष.

Army JAG Course Educational Qualification:- Minimum 55% aggregate marks in LLB Degree (three years professional after graduation or five years after 10+2 examination). The candidates should be eligible for registration as an advocate with Bar Council of India/State. Candidate should be from a College/University recognized by Bar Council of India.

शैक्षिक योग्यता:- एलएलबी डिग्री में न्यूनतम 55% कुल अंक (स्नातक के बाद तीन साल के पेशेवर या 10 + 2 परीक्षा के पांच साल बाद)। उम्मीदवारों को बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया / स्टेट के साथ एक वकील के रूप में पंजीकरण के लिए योग्य होना चाहिए। उम्मीदवार को बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त कॉलेज / विश्वविद्यालय से होना चाहिए।

Indian Army JAG Entry Scheme Application Process:– Candidates can follow the given steps to fill the application form:

1)- Candidates can apply online through www.joinindianarmy.nic.in

2)- Click on ‘Officer Entry Apply/ Login’ and then click ‘Registration’

3)- Fill the online registration form after reading the instructions carefully.

4)- A page ‘Officers Selection – ‘Eligibility’ will open. Then click ‘Apply’ shown against the Short Service Commission JAG Entry Course. Continue to fill in details and click ‘Save and Continue”.

5)- After checking all the details click on Submit.

Note:- Applications will only be accepted online on the website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. Click on ‘Officer Entry Apply/Login’ and then click ‘Registration’ (Registrations not required if already registered on www.joinindianarmy.nic.in). Fill the online registration form after reading the instructions carefully.

JAG Entry Scheme Selection Process:- The selection procedure is as follows:-

1)- Integrated HQ of MoD (Army) will shortlist the candidates.

2)- Only shortlisted eligible candidates will undergo SSB at Selection Centres, Allahabad(UP), Bhopal(MP), Bangalore (Karnataka) and Kapurthala (PB)

3)– Call up letter for SSB interview will be issued by respective Selection Centre on candidate’s registered email id and SMS only.

4)- Candidates will be put through two stage selection procedures. Those who clear Stage I will go to Stage II. Those who fail on stage I will be returned on the same day. Duration of SSB interview is five days and details of the same are available on the official website of Directorate General of Recruiting i.e, www.joinindianarmy.nic.in

5)- Candidates recommended by the SSB and declared medically fit, will be issued a joining letter for training in the order of merit, depending on the number of vacancies available, subject to meeting all eligibility criteria.

चिकित्सा परीक्षण:- कृपया सेना में लागू अधिकारियों के लिए चिकित्सा मानकों और चिकित्सा परीक्षा की प्रक्रियाओं के लिए www.joinindianarmy.nic.in पर जाएं।

Note:– The proceedings of the Medical Board are confidential and will not be divulged to anyone. Directorate General of Recruiting has no role to play in any Medical Boards and procedure advised by the medical authorities will be strictly adhered.

नोट:- मेडिकल बोर्ड की कार्यवाही गोपनीय है और किसी को भी नहीं दी जाएगी। भर्ती महानिदेशालय की किसी भी मेडिकल बोर्ड में भूमिका नहीं है और चिकित्सा अधिकारियों द्वारा सलाह दी गई प्रक्रिया का कड़ाई से पालन किया जाएगा।

Period of Probation:- An officer will be on probation for a period of 6 months from the date he/she receives his/her commission. If he/she is reported on within the probationary period as unsuitable to retain his/her commission, his/her services may be terminated any time whether before or after the expiry of the probationary period.

परिवीक्षा की अवधि:- एक अधिकारी 6 महीने की अवधि के लिए परिवीक्षा पर होगा, जब तक कि वह अपना कमीशन प्राप्त नहीं कर लेगा। यदि उसे परिवीक्षाधीन अवधि के भीतर अपने कमीशन को बनाए रखने के लिए अनुपयुक्त के रूप में सूचित किया जाता है, तो उसकी / उसकी सेवाओं को किसी भी समय समाप्त किया जा सकता है, चाहे वह परिवीक्षाधीन अवधि समाप्त होने से पहले या बाद में हो।

Merit List:– It is to be noted that mere qualifying at the SSB interview does not confirm final selection. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidate at SSB interview. In case equal SSB marks are obtained by more than one candidate, the older candidate(s) in age will be ranked higher in the merit. In case both SSB marks and age of more than one candidate are same, the candidate(s) with higher percentage of marks in qualifying examination will be placed higher in the merit. Higher educational qualifications, previous performances etc have no role to play. Those in the merit list and who come within the stipulated vacancies and are medically fit will be issued joining letters for Pre-Commissioning training at OTA, Chennai, subject to meeting all eligibility criteria.

मेरिट लिस्ट:–  यह ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए कि एसएसबी साक्षात्कार में मात्र योग्यता अंतिम चयन की पुष्टि नहीं करता है। मेरिट सूची एसएसबी साक्षात्कार में उम्मीदवार द्वारा प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर तैयार की जाएगी। यदि एसएसबी के बराबर अंक एक से अधिक उम्मीदवारों द्वारा प्राप्त किए जाते हैं, तो उम्र में पुराने उम्मीदवार को मेरिट में उच्च स्थान दिया जाएगा। यदि एसएसबी अंक और एक से अधिक अभ्यर्थियों की आयु समान है, तो योग्यता परीक्षा में उच्च प्रतिशत अंकों के साथ उम्मीदवार मेरिट में उच्च स्थान पर होंगे। उच्च शैक्षणिक योग्यता, पिछले प्रदर्शन आदि की कोई भूमिका नहीं है। मेरिट सूची में शामिल हैं और जो निर्धारित रिक्तियों के भीतर आते हैं और चिकित्सकीय रूप से फिट हैं, उन्हें सभी पात्रता मानदंडों को पूरा करने के अधीन, ओटीए, चेन्नई में प्री-कमीशनिंग प्रशिक्षण के लिए पत्र में शामिल किया जाएगा।

Note:- On joining the Army, some of Personal Restrictions in Service will be imposed in accordance with Article 33 of Constitution of India as promulgated in the Army Act and Army Rules from time to time.

नोट– सेना में शामिल होने पर, सेवा में कुछ व्यक्तिगत प्रतिबंध भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 33 के अनुसार लगाए जाएंगे, क्योंकि समय-समय पर सेना अधिनियम और सेना नियमों में प्रख्यापित किया जाता है।

JAG Entry Scheme Training:- Duration of training is 49 weeks at OTA, Chennai. Selected candidates will be detailed for Pre-Commission training at OTA, Chennai according to their position in the final order of merit, up to the number of available vacancies, subject to meeting all eligibility criteria.

प्रशिक्षण:- प्रशिक्षण की अवधि ओटीए, चेन्नई में 49 सप्ताह है। सभी पात्रता मानदंडों को पूरा करने के अधीन, चयनित उम्मीदवार मेरिट के अंतिम क्रम में उनकी स्थिति के अनुसार ओटीए, चेन्नई में प्री-कमीशन प्रशिक्षण के लिए विस्तृत होंगे।

JAG Entry Scheme Cost of Training:- The entire cost of training at OTA is at Government expense. In case the Lady/Gentleman cadet is withdrawn from training academy due to reasons other than medical ground or the reasons not beyond his/her control, he/she will be able to refund cost of training @11,952/- per week, thereafter a yearly escalation of 8% p.a. will be calculated on the Per Capital Cost of Training for each ensuing year (or as notified from time to time) apart from allied charges as fixed by the government from time to time, for the period of his/her stay at OTA, Chennai.

प्रशिक्षण की लागत:- ओटीए में प्रशिक्षण की पूरी लागत सरकारी खर्च पर है। यदि लेडी / जेंटलमैन कैडेट को मेडिकल ग्राउंड के अलावा अन्य कारणों से प्रशिक्षण अकादमी से वापस ले लिया जाता है या उसके नियंत्रण से बाहर नहीं होता है, तो वह प्रति सप्ताह प्रशिक्षण के लिए 11,952 / – रुपये प्रति सप्ताह की दर से प्रतिदायी होगा। इसके बाद 8% प्रतिवर्ष की वार्षिक वृद्धि प्रत्येक आगामी वर्ष के लिए प्रशिक्षण की प्रति पूंजी लागत पर गणना की जाएगी (या समय-समय पर अधिसूचित) इसके अलावा, सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर निर्धारित शुल्क के अलावा, ओटीए, चेन्नई में उसके प्रवास की अवधि के लिए।
