Education Qualification Indian Army Rally Bharti

Soldier General Duty

(a) Minimum Education Qualification for soldier GD category candidates will be High School or Metric or SSLC or 10th Class pass from Education Boards/ recognized Institutions.

(b) Percentage of Marks for Sol GD: A candidate must score minimum 33% marks in each subject and 45% in aggregate.

(c) Additional Subjects: Additional Subjects are not applicable for calculation of percentage.

(d)  Education Boards Grading System: Minimum of D grade (33-40) in individual subjects or grade which contains 33% and overall aggregate of C2 grade (41-50) points is considered eligible for recruitment as Soldier GD with marks stipulation.

(e) The recognition of State Education Boards or Distance Education Boards will be confirmed from the website of COBSE, UGC, AICTE or Distance Education Council.

Soldier Technical (Avn and Amn)

(a) 10+2 /Higher Secondary /Intermediate exam passed in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in each subject from Education Boards/Institutions recognized.

OR

(b) Three years Diploma in Engg (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Automobiles/Computer Science Mechanical Engineering and Electronic & Instrumentation Engineering) from a recognized Polytechnic Institute.

(c)   Additional Subjects: Additional Subjects are not applicable for calculation of percentage.

Soldier Clerk/SKT

(a) Should have secured 50% marks in each subject and 60% marks in aggregate in Class XII.

(b) Should have studied English and Maths / Accts / Book Keeping in Class XII or X and should have secured min 50% marks in each of these subjects, whether it was studied in Class XII or X.

(c) Even, if a candidates is a graduate or has a higher qualification, percentage of marks scored in Class XII would be applicable towards his eligibility.

(a) Typing Test of 10 minutes duration will be administered once phase – ii of the Revised Recruitment System is implemented as part of the online computer based examination for Soldier Clerk / Store Keeper Technical / Inventory Management categories (If revised system is implemented).

Soldier Nursing Assistant

(a) Minimum 10+2/Intermediate exam passed in science with Physics, chemistry,  Biology and English from Education Boards/ Institutions recognized for enrollment as compulsory with 40% marks in each subject and a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

(b) In case of a graduate having BSc Degree (Botany/Zoology/Bio Science) and English (Simple Pass) the  stipulation of percentage in class 12th is not mandatory.

(c) Additional Subjects are not applicable for calculation of percentage.

Education Qualification Sepoy Pharma: 10+2 or equivalent exam pass in Science with Physics,  Chemistry, Biology and English. Qualified in D Pharma with min 55% marks in aggregate and registered with State Pharmaceutical Council / Pharmacy Council of India. Candidates qualified in B Pharma with min 50% marks and registered with State Pharmaceutical Council / Pharmacy council of India are also eligible.

Soldier Tradesmen 

(a) Minimum qualification for all trades should 10th/High School/SSC Simple pass except given below.

(b) Minimum qualification for Soldier Tdn for Mess Keeper and House Keeper trade should be 8th classpass.

Age Limit for Indian Army Recruitment Rally Bharti

Age Limit

(a)   Age for Soldier General Duty :    17 ½ to 21 years.

(b)  Age for Soldier Technical, Soldier Clerk, Soldier Clerk Store Keeper Technical, Soldier Nursing Assistant and Soldier Tradesmen categories should be between  17 ½ to 23 years.

(c) Age for Sepoy Pharma – 19 to 25 years.

Height, Weight, Chest, Physical Standard Army Recruitment Rally 

(a) Height for  Solder GD, Soldier Tradesman, JCO Catering (ASC) / Survey Automated Cartographer (Engineers) and Havildar Education   category – 163 centimeter or 1.63 meter. 

(b)Height for Soldier Technical and Soldier Nursing Assistant, Sepoy Pharma – 163 centimeter or 1.63 meter or  5.43 feet.

(c) Height for Soldier Clerk and Soldier store keeper technical category – 162 centimeter or 1.62 meter or 5 feet 4 inch.

(d) Height for Junior Commissioned Officer Religious Teacher – 160 centimeter or 1.60 meter or  5 feet 3.3 inch.

(e) Height for TA – 160 cm.

Weight

Weight for all above categories should be 48 Kg.

Chest

Chest should be minimum 77 to 82 centimeters.

Indian Army Recruitment Selection Process

Indian Army Physical Fitness Test (PFT)

(a) PFT for All Trade/Category: Timing and Marking for  1.6 Km (1600 Meter or Mile) Run for Soldier General Duty is as under. Kaise lagayen 1600 Meter ki Race:-

(a)  Group I:  Run within 5  Minutes and 30 Seconds   –  60 Marks

(b)  Group II:  From 5 Minutes 31 Seconds to 5 Minutes  45 sec- 48 Marks

(b) Pull Ups: Number of Pull Ups and Marks awarded is as under. Beam Kaise Lagayen:-

(i) 10 Pull Ups  – 40 Marks

(ii) 9 Pull ups     – 33 Marks

(iii)  8 Pull ups    – 27  Marks

(iv) 7 Pull ups     – 21 Marks

(v) 6 Pull ups     – 16 Marks

(c) Balance: No marks are awarded, should be qualified.

(d) 9 Feet Ditch: No marks are awarded, should be qualified.

Relaxation in Physical Standard for Indian Army Recruitment Rally

Medical Test Army

(a) As per laid down medical standards at the Rally Site.

(b) Unfit candidates will be referred to MH/CH/BH for specialist review.

Written Test Army

(a) Written Test, Common Entrance Examination (CEE) will be conducted for medically fit candidates at nominated venue. Location, Date and time of written test will be intimated at rally site and through Admit Cards.

(b) Admit card for written examination for the Rally Fit candidates will be issued at Rally Site itself.

(c) Admit card for the CEE for the Review Fit cases will be issued after getting medically fit by concerned
specialist specialists at Military Hospital/Command Hospital/Base Hospital.

(d) Negative making would be applicable in CEE.

Documents Required at Army Rally Bharti Site

Documents: Candidates are required to bring following documents/certificates in original with two attested
photocopies with them to the rally site (Format of Important Document) :-

(a) Admit Card: Printed on Laser Printer on good quality paper (Do not shrink the size).

(b) Photographs: Twenty copies of unattested Passport size colour photographs developed on good quality  photographic paper in white background not more than three months old. Computerised/photoshopped photographs will NOT be accepted.

(c) Education Certificates: Education Certificates with marks sheet of all educational qualifications achieved by candidate i.e. Matric/Intermediate/Graduation etc from recognized School/College/Board/University. Degree holder candidate will produce Provisional/Original Degree issued by University.

(d) Domicile Certificate: Domicile Certificate with photographs issued by Tehsildar/District Magistrate.

(e) Caste Certificate: Caste certificate affixed with photograph of the candidate issued by the Tehsildar/District Magistrate. Caste certificate Format

(f) Religion Certificate: Religion Certificate issued by the Tehsildar/SDM. (If religion as  “SIKH/HINDU/MUSLIM/ CHRISTIAN” is not mentioned in caste certificate).

(g) School Character Certificate: School Character Certificate issued by the School/College Principal/ Headmaster.

(h) Character Certificate: Character Certificate with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch/Municipal Corporation within last six months.

(j) Unmarried Certificate: Unmarried Certificate for candidates less than 21 years of age with photographs issued by Village Sarpanch/Municipal Corporation within last three months. Unmarried Certificate Format

(k) Relationship Certificate: SOS/SOEX/SOW/SOWW Candidates are required to produce Relationship certificate issued from respective Record Office only duly signed by Record Officer with Personal number, Rank, Name and particular of the Record Officer issuing the Relationship Certificate with office seal/stamp is endorsed. Relationship Certificate Format 

(l) Original Discharge Book of Ex-Servicemen also to be produced. Name and date of birth of the candidate must have been recorded in it.

(l) NCC Certificate: NCC A/B/C certificates and Republic Day Parade certificate should have photographs of the candidate duly attested by issuing authority. Provisional NCC A/B/C pass certificates will only be accepted if authenticated by concerned NCC Group Commanders.

(m) Sports Certificate

(i) Sportsmen who have represented India at International level and State at National level within the last two years.

(ii) Sportsmen who have represented District at State level and University team or regional team at District level with 1st /2nd position within last two years.

(n) Affidavit: Duly signed by candidate on Rs 10/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper as per specimen duly attested by notary will be submitted by candidate. Affidavit Format

(o) Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & AADHAR Card: Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & Aadhar Card are mandatory documents for final enrolment for purpose of Pay & allowances and other social benefits scheme.
