Sena Bharti Running Tips 1600 Meter

Sena Bharti Running Area: 1600 meter (1.6 km/1 mile)

1600 Meter Running Practice:

  • Mark a ground or road of 1600 meter distance as per your suitability.
  • Start 1600 meter running practice at least one month before sena rally bharti physical.
  • Arrange comfortable  shoes for running practice.
  • Fix your run  practice timing in the morning or evening as per suitability.
  • Keep balance diet during race practice.
  • Ensure no over diet/fatty food during night in course of practice.
  • Take sleep at least 6 to 8 hours for better performance result.
  • Remember mantra Early to Sleep and Early to Rise.
  • Ensure yourself no over weight.
  • Keep a water bottle always during run practice.
  • Take a small quantity of water before 15 to 20 minutes run practice.
  • Warm up yourself before start running practice.
  • Keep per day timing record at least of one month.
  • Keep an eye watch on daily running performance.
  • Make a habit to run in theyourself  left /inner side of the ground/track.
  • Make a habit not to waste a single step during running practice.
  • Try to complete 1600 meter race with in 5 minutes during practice.

ACTION ON THE FINAL DAY OF RACE

The following action will be taken by the candidates reporting recruiting rally for running 1600 meter race:

  • Stop running practice at least 2 to 3 days prior of final race date.
  • Watch and check the ground before one or two days prior of final running.
  • Report ground rally site as per date place and time given in the admit card for physical fitness test.
  • Try to keep yourself in front of all.
  • Adjust yourself in front row of left side of the ground/track.
  • Warm up yourself.
  • Keep yourself mentally physical free for 1600 meter race.
  • Wait for order of start running.
  • Start your running as per your practice.
  • Keep your self in the left side of ground in the 1st track.
  • Don’t waste even a single step in corner.
  • Keep in the mind you are winner.
  • Keep body balance on the rack in the corners during race.
  • Don’t give a change to overtake you by any one during running.
  • Count number of round you completed.
  • Put you full strength before 200 meter to complete 1600 meter race.
  • You will complete 1600 meter race with in 5 minutes as per your practice.

Tips How to Start(a) Warm up yourself about 10-15 minutes.
(b) Rec-key the Runing Area and Ground
(c) Possession yourself in front Row
(d) Possession yourself in front left corner
(e) possession yourself to run and win
(f) Wait for order to Start
(g) Quickly run up on the order of start
(h) Possession yourself on the left side of First Track of the ground
(j) Don't waste even a single step on the corners of the round.
(k) Chest up and look forward as a winner
(l) Balance your body to left while turning on the corners of the ground
(m) Don't give any chance to overtake yourself to any one
(n) Count each round while running

*Bonus marks for ITI Course/ Skill Qualification in addition to basic education qualification:-
(i) One year course at ITI30 Marks
(ii) Two years course at ITI40 Marks
(iii) Diploma holder50 Marks
(a) Maximum bonus marks that can be given is 20 marks even if a candidate
qualifies for more than one type of bonus marks except Agniveer (Technical).
(b) Maximum bonus marks that can be given is 50 marks even if a candidate
qualifies for more than one type of bonus marks to Agniveer (Technical).
Note
(i) The above marks are fixed depending upon the eligibility of a candidate and has
no relation to his performance in Common Entrance Examination (CEE).
(ii) Only one type of Bonus Marks (Max of the permissible) will be added to the total.
(iii) Bonus marks will be accorded on qualifying in the written examination.
(iv) Only one ward (daughter/son) of Service/Ex-Servicemen/War Widow/Widow of
Ex-servicemen can avail bonus marks in written examination.
(v) Original Certificates to be carried by all above categories at rally site.
(vi) Sports Certificate are valid for two years from the issue date as on first day of the
recruitment rally for which the candidate is being screened.
