    Sir,l belong to ST in Manipur but my friend have mistakenly apply for General category.Can l show my tribe certificate at the time of rally to get height relaxation as l am only 163 cm which is 5.3 aprox. But the required height for General category in Manipur(my state) is 65 cm.
