INDIAN NAVY AA SELECTION PROCEDURE

1. Indian Navy Artificer Apprentice (AA) Sailors Selection Procedure 2024: आर्टिफिशर अप्रैंटिस चयन प्रक्रिया, The selection process for AA Sailor Indian Navy can be done, by qualifying in written test, physical fitness test and medical examination. SELECTION PROCEDURE ARTIFICER APPRENTICE (AA) SAILOR INDIAN NAVY  

2. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC Indian Navy: There is no reservation of vacancies in Indian Navy AA Sailor Selection for the candidates from SC/ST/OBC category. Candidates from SC/ ST category will only be entitled to waiver of examination fee.

(ख) आरक्षण:  अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति श्रेणी के उम्मीदवारों के लिए रिक्तियों का कोई आरक्षण नहीं है, इन्हे केवल परीक्षा शुल्क की छूट है।

3. Examination Fee for AA Candidates: Candidates applying for AA Sailor Selection (except SC/ST candidates, who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs. 205/- (Rupees Two hundred five only) for selection in AA can be paid through online mode by using net banking or by using Visa/ Master/ RuPay Credit/ Debit Card/ UPI. Admit card will be issued for the examination only to those candidates who have successfully paid the examination fee.

4. परीक्षा शुल्क:- आर्टिफिशर अप्रैंटिस अभ्यर्थी (अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति जुम्मीदवारों को छोड़कर, जिन्हे परीक्षा शुल्क के भुगतान से मुक्त किया है) को नेट बैंकिग मोड़ या वीजा/मास्टर/रुपए क्रेडिट/डेबिट कार्ड/यूपीआई के माध्यम से रूपये 205/- का शुल्क चुकाना होगा। परीक्षा के लिए प्रवेश-पत्र केवल उन उम्मीदवारों को जारी किया जाएगा जिन्होंने सफलतापूर्वक परीक्षा शुल्क का भुगतान किया होगा।

Note:

• Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances nor can the fee be held in reserve for any other examination or selection.
• भुगतान किए गए शुल्क को किसी भी परिस्थिति में वापस नहीं किया जाएगा और न ही किसी अन्य परीक्षा या चयन के लिए शुल्क आरक्षित किया जाएगा।

• In case you have made an online payment of fees and money has been deducted from your account without successful submission of application (i.e. unsuccessful payment), please wait for 7 working days for automatic refund of money to your account.
• यदि आपने फ़ीस का ऑनलाइन भुगतान किया है और आपके खाते से आवेदन-पत्र उत्पन्न किए गए बिना धन काटा गया है (यानि असफल भुगतान) तो कृपया अपने खाते में धन की स्वचलित धनवापसी के लिए 07  कार्य दिवसों की प्रतीक्षा करें।

5. Online Application AA Sailor Selection: The applications for Selection of AA Sailor are to be filled online only on website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in and all required documents in original are to be scanned and uploaded. आर्टिफिशर अप्रैंटिस भर्ती के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन-पत्र वेबसाइट www.joinindiannavy.gov.in पर भरें और सभी मूल दस्तावेजों को स्कैन करके अपलोड करें। आर्टिफिशर अप्रैंटिस भर्ती चयन प्रक्रिया इस प्रकार होगी:-

(a) AA Sailor Candidates have to choose any two centers for online examination, as per their convenience. Candidates can be allotted any centre view administrative reasons. Examination centre cannot be changed once selected by the candidate or allotted by the Indian Navy for selection of Sailor AA.

आर्टिफिशर अप्रैंटिस अभ्यार्थियों को उनकी सुविधा के अनुसार, ऑनलाइन परीक्षा के लिए किन्ही दो केंद्रों का चयन करना होगा। अभ्यार्थियों को प्रसाशनिक कारणों द्वारा कोई भी उपयुक्त परीक्षा केंद्र दिया जा सकता है। उम्मीदवार द्वारा चुने हुए या भारतीय नौसेना द्वारा आवंटित किए जाने के बाद परीक्षा केंद बदला नहीं जा सकता है।

6. Admit Card/Call up letter AA Sailor Selection: Call up Letters cum Admit Card for  AA Sailor Sailor Indian Navy candidates for online examination indicating date, time and place, which are scheduled during 2024, would be required to be downloaded from the official website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in tentatively by end 2024. Call up Letter cum Admit Card will not be sent by post.

आर्टिफिशर अप्रैंटिस प्रवेश पत्र: ऑनलाइन परीक्षा के बुलावा पत्र जिसमें परीक्षा का स्थान, तिथि और समय अंकित होगा, (जो 2024 में होने की संभावना है) को आधिकारिक भर्ती वेबसाइट से सम्भवत 2024 के अंत तक डाउनलोड कर सकते है। काल-अप-लेटर कम एडमिट कार्ड डाक द्वारा नहीं भेजे जायेंगे।

7. Documents Procedure AA Sailor Selection: The documents submitted by the candidates  for recruitment in Indian Navy AA Sailor along with application will not be verified before the online examination. These original documents/ original certificates, mark sheets, Domicile certificate and NCC certificate (if held) will be verified only at the time of PFT at various centres and final medical examination at INS Chilka. If the details provided in ‘online application’ are not matching with original documents at any stage, the candidature will be cancelled.

दस्तावेज की जाँच: आवेदन के साथ आर्टिफिशर अप्रैंटिसउम्मीदवारों द्वारा अपलोड किए दस्तावेज ऑनलाइन परीक्षा से पहले सत्यापित नहीं किए जाएंगे। इन मूल दस्तावेजों के मूल प्रमाण पत्र, अंक-पत्र, निवास प्रमाण-पत्र, ऍन सी सी प्रमाणपत्र (अगर है तो) विभिन्न केंद्रों पर पी.एफ.टी. के समय और अंतिम नामंकन के समय भा. नौ. पो. चिल्का में सत्यापित किया जायेगा। यदि ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र में दिए गए विवरण किसी भी स्तर पर मूल दस्तावेजों से मेल नहीं खाते है, तो उसका आवेदन निरस्त कर दिया जायेगा।

8. Exam Result of AA Sailor Recruitment: Written Exam Results for selection of AA Sailor Indian Navy of the online examination will be announced tentatively after 15 days. Approximately 1200 candidates who have scored highest marks in examination will be called for PFT and Initial Medical Examination, which may take 1-2 days. All candidates will be shown their online examination marks. Allocation of centres for PFT and Initial Medical Examination will be at the discretion of the Indian Navy. Call up Letter for PFT and Initial Medical Examination will be uploaded only on the registered ‘E-mail’ ID of the selected candidates and will not be sent by post.

आर्टिफिशर अप्रैंटिस भर्ती परीक्षा का परिणाम:  परीक्षा का परिणाम सम्भवत 15 दिनों के बाद घोषित किया जाएगा। परीक्षा में उच्चतम अंक प्राप्त करने वाले लगभग 1200  उम्मीदवारों को शारीरिक स्वस्थता जाँच (पी.एफ.टी.) और प्रारंभिक चिकित्सीय जाँच के लिए बुलाया जायेगा, जिसमें 1 से 3 दिन का समय लग सकता है। सभी अभ्यार्थियों को उनके परीक्षा के अंक प्राप्त होंगे। पी.एफ.टी. और प्रारंभिक चिकित्सीय जाँच के लिए केंद्रों का आवंटन भारतीय नौसेना के विवेकाधिकार पर होगा। पी.एफ.टी. और प्रारंभिक चिकित्सीय जाँच के लिए बुलावा पत्र अभ्यार्थियों के पंजीकृत ई-मेल पते पर अपलोड किए जायेंगे।

9. Initial Medical Test AA Selection: Candidates who are qualified in PFT will undergo Initial Medical Examination in selection procedure as AA Sailor Indian Navy. Candidates declared Temporary Medically Unfit in the Initial Medical Examination can avail specialist review from the specified Military Hospital within a maximum period of 21 days. No further review/ appeal is permissible if declared unfit in the specialist review.

प्रारंभिक चिकित्सा जाँच: आर्टिफिशर अप्रैंटिस भर्ती, पी.एफ.टी. में योग्य पाए गए अभ्यर्थी प्रारम्भि चिकित्सीय जाँच से गुजरेंगे। प्रारम्भि चिकित्सा जाँच में चिकित्सीय रूप से अस्थायी तौर पर अयोग्य घोषित किए गए अभ्यार्थी 21 दिन की अधिकतम अवधि के अंदर दिए गए सैन्य अस्पताल में विशेषज्ञ की समीक्षा के लिए जा सकते हैं। विशेषज्ञ द्वारा आयोग्य घोषित करने पर आगे कोई समीक्षा/अपील की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।

10. Medical Review: Candidates for AA Selection, declared Permanent Medically unfit in the Initial Medical Examination can appeal for specialist opinion in a Military Hospital on payment of Rs 40/- by Military Receivable Order (MRO) on Government Treasury within 21 days. Medical fitness certificate other than that of the specialist opinion in a Military Hospital will not be considered. No further review/appeal is permissible.

मेडिकल अपील:  प्रारंभिक चिकित्सीय जाँच में चिकित्सीय रूप से स्थायी तौर पर अयोग्य घोषित किए गए अभ्यार्थी सरकारी खजाने (ट्रेजरी) में मिलिट्री रिसियेबल आर्डर (एम.आर.ओ.) द्वारा 40/-रुपए जमा करके 21  दिनों के भीतर सैन्य अस्पताल में विशेषज्ञ की राय हेतु अपील कर सकते है। दिए गए सैन्य अस्पताल की विशेषज्ञ की राय के अतिरिक्त किसी अन्य चिकित्सक द्वारा जारी मेडिकल फिटनेस प्रमाण-पत्र मान्य नहीं होगा। विशेषज्ञ द्वारा अयोग्य घोषित करने पर आगे कोई समीक्षा/अपील की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।

11. Merit List for Selection of AA Recruitment Sailor: A merit list will be published for candidates who have passed in PFT and Initial Medical Examination depending upon vacancies. This select list will be available on website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in on 2024. All selected candidates will be called to INS Chilka for Final Medical Examination. The selection of a candidate will stand cancelled and he will have no claim for selection in the Indian Navy in case the candidate fails to report on the date and time mentioned in call letter for final selection medical examination at INS Chilka. However, selection will be subject to Fitness in Final Medical Examination at INS Chilka. Call letter for Final Medical Examination at INS Chilka will be uploaded only on the registered ‘E-mail’ ID of the selected candidates and will not be sent by post.

मेरिट लिस्ट आर्टिफिशर अप्रैंटिस भर्ती: सभी तरह से पी.एफ.टी. और प्रारम्भिक चिकित्सीय जाँच में योग्य अभ्यार्थियों की चयन सूची तैयार की जाएगी, जो उपलब्ध रिक्तियों पर निर्भर करेगी। अभ्यार्थी का चयन सभी भारतीय मेरिट के आधार पर की जायेगी। अभ्यार्थियों की चयन सूची वेबसाइट www.joinindiannavy.gov.in पर 2024 को प्रदर्शित की जाएगी। सभी चयनित अभ्यार्थियों को अंतिम चिकित्सा परीक्षा के लिए भा. नौ. पो. चिल्का में रिपोर्ट करना होगा। अगर अभ्यार्थी अंतिम चिकित्सा परीक्षा के लिए काल-अप-लेटर में दिये गए तिथि और समय पर रिपोर्ट नहीं कर पाया, तो अभ्यार्थी का वर्तमान चयन निरस्त कर दिया जायेगा। परन्तु भर्ती, भा. नौ. पो. चिल्का में मेडिकल फिटनेस के आधार पर ही होगी। अंतिम चिकित्सा परीक्षा के लिए काल-अप-लेटर अभ्यार्थियों के पंजीकृत ई-मेल पते पर अपलोड किए जायेंगे, डाक द्वारा नहीं भेजे जायेंगे।

FINAL MEDICAL EXAMINATION AA SAILOR SELECTION INDIAN NAVY

12. Reporting Procedure for Selection in Final Medical Test:  All select listed candidates reporting at INS Chilka for final medical examination, are to produce the self attested certificates submitted at the time of submitting the online application, along with the all original certificates.

सभी चयनित अभ्यार्थियों को भा. नौ. पो. चिल्का में अंतिम चिकित्सा परीक्षा के समय सभी दस्तावेजों की वास्तविक एवं स्वयं सत्यापित प्रतिलिपि जमा करवानी होगी जो उसने आवेदन के समय जमा करवायी थी।

13. Call Letter Final Medical Examination AA Sailor Selection:  All select listed candidates will be required to download Call letter for Final Medical Examination at INS Chilka and other associated forms. The candidates will be required to submit the same to INS Chilka after getting their antecedents verified on Police Verification form / Online police verification form from the Superintendent of Police of their respective jurisdiction. Candidates without the verified police verification reports or reports with adverse comments will not be eligible for AA Sailor Selection Indian Navy . A sample format for the police verification form may be downloaded from the website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in to ensure timely verification

सभी चयनित अभ्यार्थियों को अंतिम चिकित्सा परीक्षा के लिए बुलावा पत्र के साथ पुलिस सत्यापन प्रारूप और अन्य संबंधित फार्म भी डाउनलोड करने होंगे। अभ्यार्थिओं को पुलिस सत्यापन प्रारूप/ऑनलाइन पुलिस सत्यापन प्रारूप संबंधित पुलिस अधीक्षक द्वारा सत्यापित कराकर अन्य सभी फॉर्म के साथ भा. नौ. पो. चिल्का में जमा करना होगा। बिना पुलिस द्वारा सत्यापित या खराब टिप्पणी अभ्यार्थियों को भर्ती हेतु योग्य नहीं समझा जाएगा। चयनित सूचीय की घोषणा होने के बाद पुलिस सत्यापन प्रारूप इंटरनेट से भी डाउनलोड किया जा सकता है ताकि समयानुसार सत्यापित हो सके।

14. Artificer Apprentice selection procedure of candidates pertaining to a particular batch is valid for that batch only. Qualified candidates whose names do not appear in the merit list of AA Selection cannot claim admission for the next batch. These candidates will have to undergo the selection procedure afresh, provided they meet the eligibility criteria for the fresh batch.

चयनित अभ्यार्थियों की अभ्यर्थिता केवल वर्तमान बैच के लिए वैध है। सफल अभ्यार्थी, जिनका नाम अंतिम योग्यता क्रमचूति में नहीं होता है, अगले बैच में भर्ती का दावा नहीं कर सकते। उन्हें अगले बैच की चयन प्रक्रिया में फिर से गुजरना होगा, बशर्ते कि वे अगले बैच की पात्र मानदंड को पूरा करते हों

15. Important Notice to Applicant AA Sailor: Candidates who yearn for the exclusive challenge of operating below the surface of Ocean in the highly technical Submarine arm, with its associated perks & privileges, can volunteer whilst filling the online application form. Candidates who volunteer for submarine arm and are selected in merit will be considered for Submarine-specialization. The volunteers for the Submarine Arm will be subjected to Submarine Arm Medical Standards stipulated in Navy Order (Special) 01/2008.
