- हिंदी आशुलेखन में टाइपिंग स्पीड 25 शब्द प्रति मिनट और अंग्रेजी में 80 शब्द प्रति मिनट न्यूनतम गति होनी चाहिए।
- उम्मीदवारों को किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से CCC कोर्स सफलतापूर्वक पास होना चाहिए।
